These handis are dual layered to keep the food warm for a while Both the layers are copper and steel inner side is used to serve the food which is high food grade and is bpa free.
The outside of the handi is coated with lacquer and is completely safe to serve. The major problem of a restaurant or a caterer was cleaning of the dish.
Now as we have coated the dish with lacquer you can use it in dishwasher or can wash it with liquid soap and this will remain as it is for a very long time.
We don't fill the handis inner layer will mud or sand to increase the weight so that we can charge more instead we manufacture as per the International standards so that the handis remain light and can be served with ease.
